One Gene Simmons Mego Doll from the 70's in well-loved condition
An almost-complete Don Russ series of cards from the 70's ( includes duplicates of #46 and #51 and only missing #58 of original series, also includes #80, 131, 77, 128, 110,130, 114 and 123 of second series).

Items come from a safe, clean and smoke-free environment.
NOTE: none of these items are in anything near MINT condition.  The tour programs and the books are probably in the best condition, while the older stuff is pretty well loved.
All items except the Christmas lights have been in storage for many year.  Pretty dusty.  However, there's some good stuff here.
